Viktoria Plzen forward Ubong Ekpai has admitted he is settling in nicely at his new club, whilst also conceding that getting in the team may be tough.
The former Akwa United star joined Plzen in the summer, and has confirmed that he is relishing the challenge of forcing his way into the starting XI.
“It will be difficult [to get in the team],” he told Futbalgalore.com. “There are some good players here, and we have started very well.
“As long as I keep working, then hopefully I’ll put pressure on the Coach to play me.
“I have adapted very quickly, which is nice. I feel very comfortable, and I’m enjoying it.
Plzen have started the season in impressive form, picking up 21 points from their first eight games, and currently lying in second place in the Czech Republic top flight table.
