On-loan Bologna youngster Kingsley Dogo Michael has issued an emotional farewell to Perugia and promised that he will “never forget” his time with the Grifoni.
The 19-year-old joined the Grifoni on a season long loan in order to gain more experience at the highest level.
The Nigeria youth international was impressive during his loan stint and managed to establish himself as an influential member of the Perugia team.
Altogether, he managed to make 25 appearances and scored one goal.
Michael took to Instagram and wrote: “I would like to thank Perugia FC for giving me time there this season.”

The youngster who can play as a winger, joined joined Bologna on 29 August 2017 and was drafted to the Under-19 team. At the end of the 2017/18 Serie A season, he made some bench appearances for Greyhounds’s senior squad, but did not get to taste action on the field.
Whether or not he has a future at the Red and Blues will likely depend on the vision of the Bologna manager for next season. It remains to be seen whether or not Siniša Mihajlović will be in charge of the club beyond this summer.
