Nigeria midfielder Azubuike Okechukwu laid an exquisite pass for his Istanbul Basaksehir team-mate Irfan Kahveci as the former Turkish Super Lig champions massacred Rizespor 5-0 on Friday night.
The former Bayelsa United, Rizespor and Yeni Malatyaspor star was thrown into the fray in the 83rd minute at the Basaksehir Fatih Terim Stadyumu.
The victory moves Istanbul Basaksehir into sixth place on the Turkish Super Lig ladder.
Istanbul Basaksehir face Gazisehir Gaziantep FK on 6 October, while Rizespor welcome Trabzonspor to Caykur Didi Stadyumu.
