With three minutes left in the first half, Mehdi Taremi equalised for Sanusi’s Porto.
In the 63rd minute, Oscar Estupinan restored Guimaraes’ lead before Mehdi Taremi completed his brace for Porto in the 65th minute.
The winner arrived via Luis Diaz in the 84th minute.
Zadiu Sanusi logged full throttle in the five-goal thriller as Porto moved to 3rd on the ladder with 25 points, four adrift leaders Sporting CP.
