Kaizer Chiefs have announced their squad for the upcoming CAF Champions League second-leg clash against Primeiro De Agosto.

Despite the Covid-19 restrictions in place in Angola, the Amakhosi confirmed they had secured a special charter flight for the trip.

After playing to a goalless draw in the first leg, Chiefs will welcome back last season’s top scorer Samir Nurkovic who is back in the squad for Tuesday’s game.

“Amakhosi travel to Angola with a squad of 18 players lead by head coach Gavin Hunt who will be assisted by Dillon Sheppard.

There is also good news as Super Eagles Goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi, is part of the Chiefs travelling contingent and in all likelihood will start the game.

Akpeyi lists Nasarawa United, Heartland, Warri Wolves and Chippa United as his former clubs.
