Former Nigeria U23 striker Sadiq Umar has rewarded for his scintillating efforts in the month of January.

Sadiq Umar scored a total number of 7 goals in 4 games in the month of January.
He is presently second highest goal scorer of the league with 11 goals to his credit.
Born in Kaduna, Sadiq started playing football on the streets of his hometown at an early age.
In July 2016, Sadiq was named in Nigeria’s final 18-man squad for the 2016 Summer Olympics. He appeared in all six of his team’s games and scored four goals in the process, including a brace in the third-place victory over Honduras.
The striker lists Spezia, Lavagnese, Roma, Bologna, Torino, NAC Breda, Rangers, Perugia and Partizan Belgrade as his former clubs.
