Midfielder Cyril Olisema is sounding optimistic ahead of Enyimba’s CAF Confederation Cup play off second leg game with Rivers United, Futbalgalore.com.ng reports.

Enyimba hold a slim 1-0 win from the first leg match last Sunday in Aba going into the reverse fixture.

The Aba side must avoid defeat in the battle of Port Harcourt in order to go through.

According to the midfielder, he is confident of a positive result that will help Enyimba zoom to the group stage of the competition.

“We’ve worked hard going into this game. We are well aware of the importance we attached to it and the fact it won’t be a walk in the park,” Olisema told Futbalgalore.com.ng.

“Rivers United is a strong side and we saw that in the first leg match in Aba. We respect them but want to wrap up things in the second leg.

“The good thing is we hold an advantage going into this match. The players are in high spirit and determined. So we will see how it goes and try to get a positive result in Port Harcourt.”
