NPFL: Adamawa United Robbed At Gun Point

Adamawa United were on their way to Lagos for a date with MFM FC as they met the armed men at Benin-Ore expressway, Nigeria.

Players and officials were robbed of valuables such as phones and cash.

The incident reportedly took place last night at about 11.45pm on their way for the week 11 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) fixture with the Olukoya Boys at Agege Stadium.

Team driver was also abducted in the process, as at press time.

It’s not a good time for NPFL clubs as the team buses of Wikki Tourists and Kano Pillars burnt on Friday.
