Niger Tornadoes Football Club Of Minna recorded a 2-0 win over Road Safety in a Match Day2 encounter of the ongoing Nigeria National League (NNL).

The Ikon Allah Boys did not take long before settling into the highly charged encounter against equally impressive Road Safely FC who came in search of points having drawn their previous game at home against ABS FC of Ilorin.

The home team opened scoring in the 15th minute of play when rampaging Oche Josiah capitalized on Peter Momoh’s free kick to do a simple tap-in and put his team ahead.

The rest of the half produced no further goals as the two teams cancelled each other out both in terms of strength and tactics.

After several attempts and ceaseless pressure from the home team the second goal of the game arrived on 74 minutes after a Road Safety player handled the ball inside the box as the referee signalled a penalty.
Oche Josiah picked the ball and calmly slotted past Azuibike in goal for Road Safety FC, his second in the game and fourth goal in two matches.
