Seun Salahu scored a hat-trick as Dino Sporting Club moved to the top of the Creative Championship League with a 5 – 1 trashing of Emmydinho FC at Ijebu Ode on Sunday.
In-form striker Seun Salahu gave the Godwin Bibson tutored side first-half lead against the run of play when he finished coolly from inside the box.
The visitors restored parity four minutes into the second half through Christian Oparaocha, but the equaliser lasted for only two minutes as Seun Salahu restored Dino Sporting Club’s lead with another sublime finish.
It became all Dino SC affair from that point, as Okoro Hyacinth made it 3 – 1 with his fifth goal of the championship in 59th minute.
Seun Salahu finally got his hat-trick in the 73rd minutes, before Mathew Samuel completed the rout with eight minutes left on the clock.
Three goals hero Seun Salahu who was voted the man of the match became second Dino SC player to bag hat-trick in the creative championship this campaign.
The three points moved Dino SC to the top of the table with 20 points after 10 round off matches, although they occupy the position ahead Remo Stars as a result of their superior goal difference.
