A brace from returnee striker Ibrahim Mustapha and Oche Ochowechi’s strike ensured a 3-0 victory at the Jos International Stadium Stadium, effectively putting behind successive losses to Warri Wolves and Akwa United. The result has not only relieved Abdu Maikaba off some pressure but also pushed the Jos outfit to 12th in the table.
Nasarawa United annihilated FC Ifeanyi Ubah 3-0 at the Lafia City Stadium. Ikenna Offor’s opener was followed by a double from Adamu Hassan.
Enyimba were forced to a 1-1 draw by Akwa United in Aba. Austin Oladapo drew the curtain raiser before Philip David netted a heartbreaking equaliser at injury time.
Elsewhere in Ozoro, Emeka Udo scored to ensure a 1-0 home triumph for Warri Wolves over Rivers United. The Seasiders are still 19th on the log, 12 spots below the Pride of Rivers.
At the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kano Pillars pipped Sunshine Stars 1-0. Nyima Nwagua scored the goal. With the result, Pillars zoomed to the top of the log with 23 points.

10-man Wikki Tourists left it late to beat Rangers 2-1. A 40th minute spot kick by Idris Guda put the Giant Elephants in front but Peter Ambrose was sent off late in the first half.
Rangers capitalised on the numerical advantage and leveled up through Israel Abia.
There was late drama as Ibrahim Sale popped with the winner for the hosts. The Flying Antelopes were hunted by the homers. The Giant Elephants, thus, sit 8th on the log whereas the Flying Antelopes occupy the 5th position.
