The captain of Abraysport FC Omolaoye Abiodun believes his side will end Gidado’s unbeaten run when both sides meet in Ekiti on Friday. Abraysport and Gidado FC are zoned in Ekiti, alongside Olisa FC, Akure City FC, Positive FA, and Juvenile FA.
Ahead of the game, Abiodun boast of his side getting the edge over their compatriot in Ekiti. According to him, they are well prepared and believe in the togetherness of the team.
“We are fully prepared for the team and believe the spirit and oneness in the team will see us through.”
He stated that, the team is aware of Gidado’s style of play and the qualities of their players because they have been informed by their coaches.
“The coaches have explained how we are going to play tactically to us. They also told us about the style of play of Gidado and the qualities of their players.”
Abraysport FC lost their first game to Akure City but bounced back with a victory over Olisa FC on Wednesday.
Gidado FC are still unbeaten in the tournament, drawing their first two games against Olisa FC and Gidado FA.
