Enyimba International Football Club and Kwara United are performing well in the 2020/21 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).
The People’s Elephants and Harmony Boys are in the top six of the NPFL table this season.
It’s no surprise to followers of the league because the two sides are under capable hands.
These sound minds behind the good form of both teams are Fatai Osho and Abdullahi Biffo.
Fatai Osho has tinkered Kogi United, Supreme Court and Crown FC in the past. His technical knowledge has also helped Enyimba on the continent.
Osho is also a professional journalist, which explains how he approaches post match interviews with much swagger.
As for Biffo, he numbers SEC FC, Ekiti United, Kogi United, Niger Tornadoes, Giwa FC, Abia Warriors and Katsina United as his former teams.
An interesting fact about this two men is that they worked with FC Dender now Remo Stars in the past. They are purely grassroots coaches, which explains their knack for spotting talents.
A throwback photo of the two coaches was recently spotted online.
It showed when they were developing at their formative stage.
The picture was snapped at Nigeria Institute For Sports (NIS), National Stadium, Surulere, many years ago.
