Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta continued preparation for the clash against Liverpool after the international break. The Gunners will square-up against Liverpool at the Emirate Stadium.
In Tuesday’s training, Arteta invites five young Nigerian descent players to the first-half. Most of Arsenal’s first-team players are still away on international duty with their respective countries.
Arsenal posted pictures of the youngsters training with the first-team at the London Colney. The youngsters are Tolaji Bola, Ryan Alebiosu, Miguel Azeez, and Folarin Balogun. Arsenal youth team expert Jeorge Bird revealed that Tim Akinola was also part of the training.
The Gunners are ninth on the log with forty-two points, while Liverpool are seventh with forty-six points.
A win for the Gunners will move them closer to their opponent, UEFA Europa League spot, and Aston Villa – who played a game less and occupied the tenth position.
