Royal Antwerp defender Junior Udeme Pius is reportedly set to return to the club this summer, following his loan spell at Sint-Truidense V.V coming to an end.
The 25-year-old failed to nail down a regular place in Sint-Truidense V.V starting lineup, featuring just four times since he joined the club temporarily.
According to Futbalgalore.com.ng, Udeme will not extend his stay with the club, meaning the Nigerian will return to the Bosuilstadion this summer.
Udeme was signed by Royal Antwerp in the summer of 2019 from Portuguese outfit Paços Ferreira and featured just six times. He struggled to work his way into the team.
Antwerp are now likely to put the central defender up for sale this summer, as they look to generate funds for potential signings.
Born in Eman, Akwa Ibom, Pius finished his development in Portugal with FC Porto.
