Club Brugge coach Philippe Clement is fed up with the qualities of David Okereke after he failed to impress since joining the club from Spezia.
In 2019, David Okereke joined the Belgian champions after an impressive performance in the Serie B with Spezia. The Nigerian striker scored ten goals, created twelve assists in thirty-three games.
According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Club Brugge are fed up with the striker and will hope to get suitors for him in the summer.
When he joined the club, Okereke played as a striker. He, however, failed to impress and was moved to the wings in the just-concluded season.
Despite the change of position – Okereke failed to impress the manager with his performance. The club want to sell him this summer for a reduced price.
Club Brugge spent eight million euros to get him two years ago – and will make a loss of 4.5 million euros if they sell him this summer. According to tranfermarkt, David Okereke is worth 3.5 million euros.
He scored four goals and provided an assist in twenty-five games.
