Al-Orooba have completed the signing of Nigerian forward Kingsley Eduwo on a lucrative contract, Futbalgalore.com.ng reports.

The 25-year-old forward has joined on a free transfer after running down his contract at CS Xfaxien.

The attacker is the third player to join the newly promoted UAE Arabian Gulf League side this summer, following the arrivals of Chukwuebuka Onah and Ali Madan.

The former Shooting Stars and Lobi Stars player had long been linked with a move to Al-Oruba Club Stadium.

Eduwo reportedly snubbed offers from Esperance, Etoile du Sahel and Club African to sign for Al-Orooba.

The striker scored 10 goals in all competitions for CS Sfaxien in the just ended season – six in the league, one in cup game and three in CAF Champions League and one in CAF Confederation Cup.

He lists Bridge Boys, Gateway United as his former clubs.

The goal machine made his international debut for Nigeria in 2017.
