Super Eagles of Nigeria forward, Samuel Kalu was in action today for Bordeaux in their 7th game of the French Ligue 1 against Montpelier at the Stade de la Mosson.
The Nigerian star started the game from the bench due to tactical reason but was introduced in the 46th minute for Javairo Dilrosun and he was able to shine, as he scored a late minute goal to rescue a point for his side in the 3-3 away draw.
Valere Germain put the host ahead in the 11th minute to make it one nil before the visitor scored two straight goals in the 18th and 29th minutes courtesy of goals from Ui-Jo Hwang and Jean Onana to make it two goals to one at the break.
In the second half of the game, Valere Germain got his brace of the night to level for the host by making it 2-2 before Florent Mollet made it three for the host in the 71st minute.
In the 85th minute, Samuel Kalu levelled for the visitors to make it three all draw at full time thereby ending the game no victor no vanquished.
Bordeaux with the result of the night now sit at the 17th spot on the table with 6 points in 7 games played and as such will be hoping to be back to winning ways in their next fixture, so as to continue their pursuit in the competition.
