Nigerian youngster Raphael Onyedika was exceptional for FC Midtjylland on Sunday afternoon, as he guided them to a 1-0 victory over Stephen Odey’s Randers FC in the week 10 of Danish Superligaen.
The 20-year-old was given another starting role by coach Bo Henrikson, after playing a vital role in the team’s convincing victory last weekend, and he was able to impress again.
Raphael Onyedika started in the home team’s midfield alongside Brazilian star Charles and the duo were exceptional in the game.
Denmark national team star Erik Sviatchenko opened scoring for the home team in the 17th minutes after receiving an assist from Pione Sisto to end the first half 1-0.
Both teams efforts to score more goals in the second half of the game were not successful, as the match ended 1-0.
Raphael Onyedika was superb in the home team’s midfield throughout the whole duration of the game, and he was able to play a vital role in the team’s deserved win.
The 1-0 victory over Randers football club has now taken FC Midtjylland to the top spot of Danish Superliga table with 24 points from 10 matches played.
