Blessing Eleke enhanced his scoring reputation in the Turkish second-tier by scoring a double for Genclerbirligi in their 2-0 win over Balikesirspor on Saturday.
The 25-year-old, who is on loan from Belgian top flight side Beerschot V.A. scored both goals in either half to help his side to cruise to a crucial away win.
He registered the first goal in the 9th minute at the Balıkesir Atatürk Stadyumu (Balıkesir) before cementing the win 12 minutes from time.
Eleke has taken his season tally to 3 in the Lig 2 as he aims to help Genclerbirligi push to secure promotion to the elite division.
His fine scoring form could see him make a return to Beerschot at the end of the season.
Beerschot shelled out 1.5 Million Euros for the vastly experienced Eleke last season.
However, the big striker flopped after scoring once in 21 appearances last season.
Eleke has previously played in Slovenia, Israel and Switzerland.
