Augustine Eguavoen continued to put the Super Eagles through their paces on Tuesday evening at the Moshood Abiola Stadium.
Twenty-three (23) players were present at the training session as the former Torpedo Moscow defender had a first-hand assessment of his players.
Eguavoen appeared to have dedicated time on shooting, with the likes of Umar Sadiq, Kelechi Iheanacho, Chidera Ejuke, Peter Olayinka, Taiwo Awoniyi, Kelechi Nwakali and Moses Simon taking part in shooting drills.
Meanwhile, Odion Ighalo, Samuel Chukwueze, Jamilu Collins, Tyrone Ebuehi and Joe Aribo are still being expected in camp.
The Africa Cup of Nations starts in less than a week as it runs between the 9th of January and the 6th of February, taking place in Cameroon.
The Super Eagles are placed in Group D where they will confront Egypt, Guinea-Bissau, and Sudan.
Nigeria will start looking for their fourth continental title as they face the Pharaohs in their opening game on the 11th of January.
