Nigeria senior national team, the Super Eagles continued to perfect strategies for a tough test against Egypt today.

The Augustine Eguavoen tutored side stormed the VSTS Annex, Roumdé Adjia Stadium for another session of training.

The team started by jogging and exercising. They followed it with high pressing and passing drills.

Yusuf Salisu, Joseph Yobo, Paul Aigbogun and Terry Eguaoje also contributed their technical inputs to the success of the training.

Goalkeeper coach Alloy Agu worked on the quartet of Daniel Akpeyi, Maduka Okoye, John Noble and Francis Uzoho.

All four looked ready and have given Eguavoen selection headache ahead of the litmus test on Tuesday.

Nigeria play in Group D alongside Egypt, Sudan and Guinea-Bissau.

The Roumdé Adjia Stadium in Garoua will host Super Eagles’ matches in the group.

The Super Eagles are the three-time title holders and they hope to put their hand on the trophy after a 9-year hiatus.
