Former Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo has played his 100th game for Spanish side CD Leganes.
The centre-back was in action for the club against Ponferradina. He logged 90 minutes in the 3-0 win for Leganes.
Omeruo, 28, expressed delights at joining the centurion club via Social Media.
“Honoured to have played my 100th game for CD Leganes,” the former Kasimpasa defender wrote.
“I want to thank the club, the fans, and my teammates for helping me through my four seasons in this great club and most especially my family for their constant prayers and support.”
Kenneth Omeruo’s contract with his club expires in 2024.
He also lists Standard Liege, Ado den Haag, Middlesbrough and Alanyaspor as his former clubs.
