Kwara United produced an excellent second-half display to help them annihilate House of Prayer 3-0 in the Kwara FA Cup Quarter Final.
A brace from Junior Lokosa along with a goal from Steven Jude secured Harmony Boys a 3-0 win and virtually ended the journey of HOP.
United dominated the possession stats in the first half but were frustrated by stubborn House of Prayer barricade.
When United were able to penetrate the minnows’ defence, Alao Danbani was guilty of missing a golden chance as he shot over the bar from 6 yards.
Former Esperance striker Lokosa eventually opened the scoring for his side with a 50th-minute strike.
Lokosa then made Kwara United’s lead a comfortable one by applying the finish to a lovely move. He was on hand to convert from six yards following smart build-up play from Afeez Nosir and Jide Fatokun.
Substitute Jude then got a brilliant curler at injury time as Kwara United invaded the walls of House of Prayer.
