27-time Serbian SuperLiga champions Partizan Belgrade are interested in signing Nigerian striker Etinosa Godspower Ighodaro.
The club has already scouted the forward who is on the books of Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa.
A bid of €0.5m will be put forward by Partizan Belgrade for the services of Ighodaro.
After being scouted from Abuja Football Academy in Nigeria in 2019, Etinosa Godspower Ighodaro was invited for training at Sundowns where he left a lasting impression with his performances and high work-rate.
However, the player was affected by a career-threatening injury which delayed his progress at the Chloorkop outfit, although he is still on the club’s radar and had his deal agreed in principle between all the parties involved, including his representatives.
For the 2021/22 season, the 21-year-old was loaned out to the University of Pretoria in the GladAfrica Championship where he made progress much to the delight of his coach Tlisane Motaung.
