Nottingham Forest fans have continued to show love to their record signing Taiwo Awoniyi.
The Unicorn and Imperial Academy graduate completed a £17.5m move to the newly promoted Premier League side from Union Berlin on Saturday.
Forest were alerted to the talent of Awoniyi after the former Liverpool hit 20 goals in all competitions last term.
The club fans have been raving on the arrival of the new signing who is from Kwara State, Nigeria.
“I’m from Ghana 🇬🇭 and infact I really liked this guy,” David Adarkwah Shipson wrote via the official post of Nottingham Forest
“He’s world class 💯 I wish him all the best🇳🇬♥️🇬🇭.
He’s quick enough to pose a threat in behind, while also possessing an athletic build which can make him difficult to defend against. Awoniyi has expert close control and he appears reasonably two-footed, scoring five of his 13 non-penalty goals in the 2021/22 German Bundesliga with his weaker foot.
