Nigeria U20 head coach, Isah Ladan Bosso has been conferred with Doctorate Honorary Degree, Futbalgalore.com.ng reports.
The trustees of El Roi London University in affiliation with the Kingdom of Hawaii Royal Accreditation Commission (KOHRAC) on recommendation of the Faculty conferred the honorary doctorate degree in Sports Psychology to the Flying Eagles tactician.
The honour is a result of Bosso’s extensive contributions in sports and capacity development. Bosso is also recognized as a trailblazer who has revolutionized the coaching industry in Nigeria.
Bosso was honoured because of his long-standing contribution in the areas of youth development, coaching, behavioural change development and leadership.
“I would like to say a big thank you to the leadership and everyone at Roi London University and Kingdom of Hawaii Royal Accreditation Commission for this honour,” Bosso informed Futbalgalore.com.ng.
“It feels like a full-circle moment to be recognised for my contributions to the coaching industry. It’s really exciting to be recognised for doing what one loves” he said, adding that this is only just the beginning of more work he plans to do in the African continent and beyond.
Ladan Bosso lists Wikki Tourists, Niger Tornadoes, Bayelsa United, Abia Warriors and FC Ifeanyi Ubah as his former clubs.
