For people like us, who have prided ourselves on being a “pretty decent” footballer and thoroughly “not bad” at 11-a-side, it’s a painful admission.

But this London based kid is arguably better than us all.

The little’un in question is one Kelvin Tobiloba Jegede, a Nigerian born 13-year-old who’s on the books at Ready Go Pro – after he was snapped up from Cray Wanderers FC.

Yes, he’s young, but he’s already got the talent we could only dream of at that age. Whisper it quietly, but we could be looking at the next modern day playmaker here.

During a league game between Ready Go Pro and Canada Blanch at King’s House Sports Ground on Sunday, the teenager was the cynosure of all eyes with a goal and assist as his team won 3-2.

Insane dribbling? Ability to effortlessly glide past players? Unerringly clinical in front of goal? Ridiculous amount of skills that we’d fall over if we even attempted?

The kid’s got it all.

Good luck to him.
