The management of RS Berkane held a crucial meeting with players and officials of the club on Tuesday, reports.

This follows strings poor results in all competitions by the Orange Boys, with the latest being a 3-1 defeat to Kwara United at the CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary round first leg.

Coach Abdelhak Ben Chikha and his technical staff were giving the ultimatum of not crashing out to Kwara United or risking losing their jobs.

Players were also warned of rising sanctions if they don’t step up their game.

The coaches, players agreed to step up their plate and thanked the management for supporting them at this trying times.

The Orange Boys lost the first leg 3-1 to Kwara United at Mobolaji Johnson Arena on Sunday.

The second leg match will kickoff 8pm at Stade de Municipal Berkane on Saturday night.

Winner over the two legs will qualify for the play off stage of African continent’s second tier club competition.

Nigeria has only one club currently in CAF Confederation Cup after second rep Remo Stars were eliminated in the first preliminary round.
