5. Paul Onuachu [Genk]
The striker scored goals to secure Genk a 3-1 victory Royal Antwerp.

It was another world-class display from Moses Simon on Sunday.
The playmaker had a hand in Nantes’ as they were forced to a 1-1 draw by OGC Nice.
Simon constantly drove Nantes forward. Easily one of the Ligue 1’s best players right now.
2. Victor Osimhen [Napoli]
The striker continued his fine start to the season by scoring the winner against AS Roma on Sunday. He deserved a mention in this best players list.
The late goal alone literally sent AS Roma on a meltdown as Jose Mourinho was left bewildered.
1. Taiwo Awoniyi [Nottingham Forest]
The former Liverpool attacker looked sharper and more alert on Saturday on route to scoring the winner against the Reds.
An assuring sign that more will come was the brilliant sprints he made against Liverpool.. Furthermore, he timed his run to perfection to score his third goal of the season .
The Unicorn and Imperial Academy product was the best player in the game and will now hope to continue his new form away to Arsenal on Sunday.
