Former Delta State Football Association Chairman, Edema Fuludu has hit hard on those accusing him of being a stooge to the immediate past president of the Nigeria Football Federation, Amaju Melvin Pinnick.

According to Edema Fuludu, such insinuation is a fragment of some people’s imagination and a recipee for illusion

“Hahahah Stooge? Amaju may have been the leader and it’s by God’s grace not his power.

The ex-international posited that he is Amaju’ senior both in age and in academics.

“I am senior to him in age and left university before he got admission to the same UNIBEN.

Edema says he is not a novice in the business of business in Nigeria.

“I have a name in Nigeria football by God’s grace not because of association with anybody.

He stated further that the former NFF Boss did not contribute to his elevation in football administration.

“Where did he help me rise to? People assume a lot.”

He stated in clear terms that he had the capacity to lead long before he met Amaju Pinnick.

“He knew I had capacity, he knew I could talk to him directly without an iota of capitulation but gave him respect for his position.”
