Former Shooting Stars boss, Edith Agoye is holding the management of the Oluyole Warriors accountable for failed promises.
Sunshine Stars Head Coach, Edith Agoye expressed disappointment towards the inability of Shooting Stars management to redeem the pledge made to him shortly after he parted ways with the Oluyole Warriors.
Agoye stated that honouring promises no matter how small can earn an enviable reputation.
He departed the club after nine years by mutual consent under the leadership of Hon. Babatunde Olaniyan ‘Akoro’.
Agoye declared that the Management of Shooting Stars through a letter signed by Hon. Babatunde Olaniyan had promised to send him on a trip to the United Kingdom for a higher coaching course, as a way of appreciating his immense contributions to the team, with a promise by the Oyo State Government to bankroll it.
He stated further that all attempts to make Shooting Stars fulfil this promise prove abortive.
