While the final voting results are still up in the air, being recognized among such a prestigious group of nominees is a noteworthy accomplishment in itself.
The Globe Soccer Awards, which take place annually in Dubai, will celebrate their 15th edition on December 27th.
In contrast to the awards given by France Football and UEFA, the Globe Soccer Awards allow fans from around the globe to cast their votes, in addition to a panel of experts. Voting is open to the public for 33 pre-selected nominees.
Among the 33 nominees, many players hail from LALIGA EA SPORTS. Real Madrid boasts seven representatives: Vinicius Júnior, Jude Bellingham, Kylian Mbappé, Toni Kroos, Rodrygo Goes, Dani Carvajal, and Fede Valverde. FC Barcelona is represented by three players: Robert Lewandowski, Lamine Yamal, and Dani Olmo. Other notable nominees include Antoine Griezmann and Nico Williams.
The nominations also showcase talent from various leagues around the world. The Premier League has eight players nominated: Erling Haaland, Mohamed Salah, Phil Foden, Dibu Martínez, Cole Palmer, Rodri, Bukayo Saka, and William Saliba. Serie A features four players: Nico Barella, Hakan Çalhanoğlu, Ademola Lookman, and Lautaro Martínez.
Additionally, four players from the Bundesliga are nominated: Alejandro Grimaldo, Harry Kane, Florian Wirtz, and Granit Xhaka. Other nominees include Vitinha from Ligue 1, as well as global icons Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
