Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have reportedly renewed their pursuit of Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman, even as the Serie A club works on securing a contract extension for the Nigerian international.
The development follows recent comments by Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini, who expressed hope that the January transfer window would not lure Lookman away from Bergamo.
At the start of the season, Lookman had requested to train separately in a bid to force a move to PSG, who were seeking a replacement for Kylian Mbappé after the French superstar’s transfer to Real Madrid in the summer.
