On Saturday, December 14th, 2024, ABS will host Abakiliki FC in their first home fixture of the Nigeria National League (NNL) season at the Kwara State Stadium Complex.
After suffering a 1-0 defeat to Kun Khalifat in their opening match, ABS will be eager to make a comeback.
On the part of Abakiliki, the aim will be to achieve an upset after their 2-2 draw with Madiba FC.
The visitors will be bolstered by the presence of Wisdom Hyginus, a former forward for ABS who pitched tent with them before the season commenced.
ABS Manager, Sani Ahmed Sarduana is confident that his side has what it takes to secure maximum points in tomorrow’s game.
“Every coach dreams to always create and come out with a reaction after they lose a game, and that reaction is me coming to get my three points tomorrow,” he mused.
Forward Yakub Musa has also assured fans of a win in tomorrow’s game.
“Last week’s game was a bad one, but it is now in the past. We are now focused on making corrections tomorrow, and I know we will win.”
