Rangers secured their place in the last 16 of the Scottish Cup with an emphatic 5-0 win against Fraserburgh, a team from the Highland League, at Ibrox.
Nigeria international Cyriel Dessers was the standout performer, netting a hat-trick, while Clinton Nsiala and Ross McCausland also contributed goals.
Dessers had a challenging start, missing a clear chance early on, but he found his rhythm and opened the scoring in the 27th minute, heading in from a corner taken by James Tavernier.
As the match progressed into the second half, the part-time Fraserburgh players began to show signs of fatigue, allowing Rangers to take control.
Nsiala found the net for the first time in his professional career, with a goal that was aided by a deflection off Jamie Beagrie.
Former Genk man Dessers then added his second goal, finishing from close range after a setup by Tavernier, before assisting McCausland for the fourth goal. Dessers capped off his impressive performance with a well-taken goal late in the match.
