Albert Amoah, forward for the Black Galaxies, expresses confidence that his team will achieve a vital victory over Nigeria in the upcoming CHAN qualifier on Sunday.
Ghana is set to host Nigeria in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium, with the second leg scheduled for the Godswill Akpabio Akpabio Stadium.
Amoah, who recently netted the decisive goal for Asante Kotoko in their match against Hearts of Oak, believes that the team’s thorough preparation will lead to a favorable result.
“Given the progress we’ve made in our preparations, I believe Ghanaians can expect something positive from us,” he stated.
The Black Galaxies are eager to make a significant impact and bring joy to football fans in Ghana.
“We have trained diligently and aim to bring happiness to Ghanaians and rekindle their love for football,” Amoah added.
He also called on fans to come out in large numbers, assuring them that the team is committed to delivering the victory they desire.
“I urge the fans to support us in full force, and we will ensure they get the win they seek,” he remarked.
The Black Galaxies are looking to continue their strong performance against Nigeria, having previously triumphed over them in a penalty shootout two years ago to secure a place in the last CHAN tournament.
