Atletico Madrid lead three top clubs in renewed chase for Ndidi

Wilfred Ndidi is set for a busy summer transfer window, with Atletico Madrid, Real Betis, and AS Monaco all showing renewed interest in signing the Super Eagles midfielder.

In January, Monaco submitted an offer of £18 million plus an additional £2 million in bonuses for Ndidi, but Leicester City rejected the bid. T

he Foxes opted to retain the Nigerian international to aid their fight against relegation from the Premier League.

Ndidi, 28, remains under contract with Leicester until June 2027 after signing an extension following the expiration of his previous deal last year.

Reports indicate that his new contract includes a release clause, potentially paving the way for a move in the upcoming transfer window.
