Chizaram Ezenwata Shines as Chelsea U18 Defeat West Brom 4-2

Nigerian youngster Chizaram Ezenwata continued his impressive goal-scoring form as Chelsea U18 secured a 4-2 victory over West Brom in the U18 Premier League on Saturday evening.

Ezenwata played a crucial role in the win, scoring the equalizer just five minutes before halftime after Ryan Colesby had given the hosts the lead in the 29th minute at the West Bromwich Albion training ground.

Chelsea took full control in the second half, with Yahya Regragui Idrissi, Ryan Kavuma-McQueen, and Sol Gordon all finding the back of the net to seal an emphatic victory for the young Blues.

The 16-year-old Nigerian forward has been in outstanding form this season, scoring 10 goals and providing two assists in 16 matches across all competitions. His performances have not gone unnoticed, with many tipping him for a potential call-up to Nigeria’s U20 squad ahead of the CAF U20 World Cup in Côte d’Ivoire.

With his attacking prowess and consistency in front of goal, Ezenwata could be a valuable addition to the Flying Eagles, further strengthening their offensive options for the tournament.
