Górnik Zabrze have confirmed the signing of Ismaheel Taofeek from Lorient, with the highly-rated Nigerian attacker joining on a three-year deal.
Ismaheel Taofeek moved to Lorient in 2022, but didn’t make a single appearance for the French club. He enjoyed loans spells at Valerenga and Beveren.
The 24-year-old starred for the Beveren during the 2023-24 campaign, scoring 6 goals in 33 appearances in all competitions.
There has been a host of speculation surrounding the attacker’s future this summer, with Eupen believed to have considered making a move for him.
Ismaheel is likely to make his debut for the Polish club against Lech Poznan on 21st July.
