Nigerian defender Ola Aina has earned a spot in the English Premier League Team of the Week following his impressive performance against West Ham United last Saturday.
The former Chelsea player contributed to Nottingham Forest’s commanding 3-0 victory by scoring a goal.
Aina proved to be a significant challenge for West Ham’s defenders, showcasing remarkable speed and skill with his footwork.
The Super Eagles representative is joined in the selection by Ghanaian forward Antoine Semenyo, as well as Adam Smith and Lewis Cook, in Troy Deeney’s BBC Team of Week 10.
Also featured are Dominic Solanke, now with Tottenham Hotspur, and Anthony Gordon from Newcastle United.
The Southampton duo of Aaron Ramsdale and Taylor Harwood-Bellis, along with Radu Dragusin of Tottenham, Chelsea’s Moises Caicedo, and Joao Gomes from Wolves, complete the lineup.
